Project Overview

Developed for OTT Financial Group, this two-phased mixed-use community at 1123 Leslie Street, North York (Toronto) will deliver six high-rise towers that combine exclusive condominiums and branded residences with curated retail, commercial space, private social clubs, and generous outdoor areas. Backed by OTT’s 18-year track record across financial services, payments, and real estate, the project treats development as a commitment to community and sustainability—translating decades of insight into forward-looking, low-impact design.

Cover: 300gsm matte coated with soft-touch lamination and silver foil.

Royal Blue sets the cover’s tone with a subtle gradient, while the title is silver-foiled with a light emboss for restrained luxury. A soft-touch matte finish reduces glare so the foil leads, and the pared-back layout with a white/cool-gray mark keeps it timeless. Inside, the slogan appears in champagne gold foil, carrying a cohesive Blue–White–Gold system through the brochure.

Project Strategy.

Anchored in Royal Blue, the identity signals discreet, high-end sophistication. Cinematic, light-rich imagery—including select AI-generated hero views—previews refined living across architecture and amenities, while editorial typography, generous whitespace, and restrained silver/champagne-gold accents translate the vision into a polished luxury residential brand.
